Cellar approach

Traditional winemaking includes spontaneous fermentations in steel tanks and extended macerations that extract fine tannins and intense aromas. Ageing lasts over 36 months in Slavonian oak barrels, followed by additional bottle maturation allowing the wine to express full elegance and complexity before release.

Col di Lamo is a wine estate located in the Montalcino area, Tuscany. It was born from the dream and determination of lawyer Giovanna Neri, a leading figure among women in Italian wine. The estate covers about 80 hectares, with 6 hectares dedicated to Sangiovese Grosso, cultivated with sustainable practices and deep respect for nature. The cellar itself is a creative space where art, wine and femininity blend harmoniously, from the labels to every stylistic detail.
