Tremendi 2022
A naturally sparkling rosé with lees, elegant or rustic — depending on how you pour it
Its name is playful, but “Tremendi” is a serious natural wine, made with zero compromises. This sparkling rosé, bottle-fermented on its lees, was created to be joyful, fresh, and vibrant — a wine to enjoy unfiltered and unpretentious. The 2022 vintage continues INFONDO’s signature style: authenticity, minimal intervention, and a deeply human touch. “Tremendi” can be served decanted, to highlight its elegance and finesse, or shaken, to bring out its rustic charm and flavor depth.
In the vineyard: balance and biodiversity in the Veronese hills
Grapes are hand-harvested in September from vineyards cultivated using organic farming, with no synthetic products and a focus on regenerating soil health and natural balance. The blend of 58% Durella, 38% Corvina, and 4% Garganega celebrates local Veronese varieties, offering a bright, crisp, and dynamic expression. The limestone-rich soils and strong day-night temperature swings contribute to high acidity and aromatic freshness, keeping the wine light, lively, and full of energy.
In the cellar: wild fermentations and passito must for bottle fermentation
After gentle destemming and soft pressing, the must undergoes cold static settling. The first fermentation occurs in cement vats using native yeasts, with no additives or corrections. The wine then rests for 7 months in stainless steel before being bottled unfiltered, with no added tirage, and the second fermentation starts with semi-dried Garganega must. The result is a naturally sparkling wine with sediment, whose profile shifts depending on how it’s poured — an experience both fun and complex.
Color, nose, and palate
Hazy pale pink with a natural veil from the lees.
The nose is citrusy and salty, with notes of fresh strawberries, field flowers, and wild yeast.
The palate is crunchy and vibrant, with a straight, mineral-driven structure enriched by its sediment.

INFONDO
Wine, friendship, and truth: the natural project of three friends from Verona
At the heart of every genuine passion lies a simple idea: to return to essence. This is the soul of INFONDO, a micro wine project born in Verona, the result of three friends united by a deep bond and a shared love for wine. Each comes from a different walk of life, often far from the vineyard, but they’re joined by a common dream: to create a wine of their own, a true reflection of their values, their friendship, and their commitment to authenticity. What began as an idea quickly became a tangible reality — a wine that is a declaration of identity and trust in nature.
In the vineyard: native Veronese varieties and organic farming
The grapes used by INFONDO are strictly indigenous varieties from the Veronese area, cultivated according to certified organic practices. No synthetic products are used, and every farming choice reflects a deep respect for soil, biodiversity, and vine balance. The vineyards are worked by hand with attention and patience, allowing each plant to fully express the character of its land. The agricultural philosophy is non-interventionist, aiming to foster natural resilience and authenticity rather than control or manipulation.
In the cellar: spontaneous fermentations and zero additives
Winemaking at INFONDO follows a clear principle: natural wine, nothing added. The must ferments spontaneously using only native yeasts from the grapes and the cellar environment. No selected yeasts, no additives, no heavy filtration or clarification. The wine takes shape freely, at its own pace, maintaining its vitality and individuality. The goal is not technical perfection, but emotional honesty. INFONDO is more than just a name — it’s a philosophy: deep down, what really matters is the truth of the fruit, the land, and the human story behind every drop.
