The cultivation of Terre follows organic farming principles, with strong respect for biodiversity and soil health. The vines grow on mineral-rich soils made up of sands, clays, and pebbles, which impart minerality and structure to the wine. Yields are kept low, and hand harvesting selects only the ripest clusters to ensure quality and aromatic complexity.

Winemaking approach: simplicity and precision

In the cellar, Terre 2021 is worked with attention to naturalness and freshness. Fermentation occurs in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks to preserve varietal fragrance and aromatic clarity. Aging completes in large oak barrels and stainless steel for balance and harmony without losing the spontaneity of the fruit.
