Sauvignon 2024
A fresh, aromatic, and mineral white from the Loire Valley
The Domaine Cady Sauvignon 2024 is a white wine made from 100% Sauvignon grapes, handpicked from the Anjou vineyards in the Loire Valley. The wine undergoes direct pressing and spontaneous fermentation with native yeasts to preserve the grape’s true character. It is aged for 3 months on the lees in stainless steel tanks, enhancing texture and depth without heaviness.
Citrus aromas with delicate herbal notes
On the nose, this wine offers a subtle and refined bouquet featuring vibrant scents of fresh citrus fruits, tropical fruit, and a gentle hint of herbaceous aromas reminiscent of flowering meadows and green leaves. It strikes a perfect balance between aromatic liveliness and finesse.
Elegant and lively palate with a mineral finish
On the palate, the wine is elegant and well-balanced, with a lively acidity that highlights the mineral character of the Loire terroir. The finish is clean, fresh, and persistent, making the wine bright and engaging without harshness.
Ideal with seafood, grilled fish, and fresh salads
Best served slightly chilled (10–12 °C), this wine is versatile and gastronomic. It pairs wonderfully with grilled fish, shellfish, ceviche, fresh cheeses, and light summer salads. A perfect choice for warm days or as a refined aperitif.

Domaine Cady
Natural rebirth in the heart of Anjou
Domaine Cady is a historic winery based in Saint-Aubin-de-Luigné, in the Loire Valley, and today it stands as one of the most authentic and natural voices in the Anjou region. The Cady family has cultivated vines for generations, deeply connected to the land. Main grape varieties include Chenin Blanc, Cabernet Franc, Grolleau, and Gamay, grown on schist and limestone soils that lend freshness and minerality.
The 2021 fire and the move to Rochefort-sur-Loire
In 2021, a devastating fire destroyed the old winery. Refusing to give up, the family responded with strength. In 2022, construction began on a new cellar in Clos du Moulin de Sainte Catherine, located in Rochefort-sur-Loire, where their guesthouse is also located. The project was designed to offer visitors an immersive wine experience, surrounded by vineyards and Loire charm.
Natural wines, local grapes, and spontaneous fermentations
The winemaking philosophy is 100% natural: no synthetic chemicals, hand-harvested grapes, and spontaneous fermentations with native yeasts. Ageing is done in neutral wood, steel or concrete tanks, preserving the purity of the fruit. Wines are unfiltered or lightly clarified, always vibrant and precise. The result is a clean, expressive lineup that speaks clearly of its origin.
Chenin Blanc and more: Anjou elegance in a bottle
Chenin Blanc is the flagship grape of Domaine Cady, vinified in dry, moelleux, and sparkling styles. Red and rosé wines from Cabernet Franc, Grolleau, Gamay, and Pineau d’Aunis complete the picture, all made to be fresh, juicy, and easy to drink. Every wine is a faithful portrait of its vineyard and the hands that crafted it.
