The vineyard covers 9 hectares, set on clay-limestone soils that perfectly balance structure and finesse. With an average vine age of 45 years, yields are naturally low, resulting in grapes of exceptional aromatic concentration. Farming is carried out according to organic and biodynamic principles, preserving soil vitality and biodiversity while expressing the character of the vintage.

Winemaking in the Spirit of Tradition

The grapes are harvested entirely by hand, allowing for meticulous selection in the vineyard. Fermentation takes place with whole-cluster maceration, enhancing aromatic complexity and bringing freshness and verticality to the palate. Ageing is conducted in oak barrels, 30% of which are new, carefully integrating the wood without overpowering the terroir.
