The grapes dry on racks exposed to the heat of the sun, the vinification takes place in contact with the skins in steel; the refinement takes place first in different types of wood for about 30 months with perpetual wine, then in demijohns also placed under the sun, for about a year

Dried fruit and notable hints of Mediterranean scrub, it is a complex and aromatic nose with further memories of withered white flowers and salty returns

Balanced and deep, energetic and with a slightly oxidative style, of great softness and elegance

Marabino is a rather young winery that can boast 30 hectares in the Val di Noto, in a crazy terroir that sees the sea just 7 km away

Marabino works with respect for nature and the territory, the approach chosen is biodynamic, with great care for the vineyards and in general for the ecosystem that extends around them.

The soil is predominantly clay-limestone, the area is ventilated but well protected and benefits from the entry of sea breezes: the wine obtained is a mineral wine, with salty aftertaste and very fresh, elegant and tasty, perfect for aging
