Foglia Punta – Organic Tuscan IGT Red Wine
A closed fist of tradition
Foglia Punta is made from Pugnitello, an ancient and rare Tuscan grape named after its unusual cluster shape that resembles a closed fist. Rescued from near extinction, this variety speaks of rural memory and biodiversity. Foglia Punta is a wine of strength, depth, and authentic regional character.
In the vineyard: biodiversity and care
The grapes come from 5–6 year-old vineyards grown organically and trained in Guyot, with 4,800 vines per hectare. The harvest is done by hand in the last week of September or early October, with careful selection of the healthiest bunches.
In the cellar: wild and pure
Fermentation takes place in stainless steel, and the wine is not filtered. Aged sur lie (on fine lees), it gains natural complexity without manipulation. No oak, no tricks — just patience and precision to preserve its raw, expressive personality.
A wild, vibrant sip
In the glass it shows a dark red color with violet tones. The nose offers leather, fur, wild herbs and ripe plum. On the palate, it’s tense and gritty, with tight yet soft tannins and a real acidity that enhances its drinkability. For those seeking the true, untamed soul of Tuscany.

A peasant rebirth in the heart of Fucecchio
It was in 2005 that Giulio and Lapo decided to revive several abandoned vineyards in the Fucecchio area, in the heart of Tuscany. Many of these plots had been left behind by elderly farmers, due to age and the low profitability of viticulture. With the help of 14 local elders, they were able to rescue native grape varieties and bring dignity back to forgotten land. This is how Dalle Nostre Mani was born—a project rooted in the agricultural memory of the territory and interpreted with courage and authenticity.
Farming with respect for the soil’s memory
The vineyard philosophy is based on a deeply organic approach, aimed at restoring a natural balance between the vines and their surroundings. All work is done manually, guided by lunar cycles and with no synthetic chemicals. Traditional farming methods are embraced: each vine is observed, understood, and gently assisted. Biodiversity is preserved, the land is respected, and interventions are minimal and never invasive. Farming becomes a practice of wisdom, patience, and attentiveness.
Wine that is alive, honest, and natural
In the cellar, the same principles guide every process. Fermentations occur naturally using native yeasts, and the wines are neither fined nor filtered. Human intervention is kept to a minimum to preserve the grapes’ natural expression. No chemical adjustments, no standardization—each vintage tells a different story, each bottle captures a unique moment. Wine is treated as a living organism, carefully guided but never forced.
Craftsmanship and tradition in every bottle
The style of Dalle Nostre Mani is unmistakably artisanal, local, and authentic. Each bottle is a piece of collective memory, the result of slow and thoughtful winemaking. Giulio and Lapo believe wine should express not just terroir, but also the people and gestures behind it. This is why each cuvée embodies the soul of Tuscan vineyards and brings to life the taste of a resilient, rural Tuscany.
