Triplo Sette 2021
A complex and textural white wine
Triplo Sette 2021 was born from Tenuta l’Armonia LAB’s creative approach as a white wine with great character. It is made from an original blend of 60% Chenin Blanc and 40% Chardonnay, grown on calcareous-marine soils. The Chenin is harvested very ripe, with part of the grapes affected by noble botrytis, which adds aromatic complexity and depth. It is blended immediately with the Chardonnay, which macerates for three days on the skins, adding structure and a subtle tannic touch that balances the richness of the blend.
Vineyard philosophy
The grapes come from carefully selected parcels cultivated with manual and sustainable viticulture. The calcareous-marine soils provide verticality and salinity, while the late harvest of Chenin ensures greater aromatic and sugar concentration. Harvesting is done by hand, with careful selection of the botrytis-affected bunches to guarantee quality and purity.
Winery approach
The two varieties are blended right after the harvest, enhancing their synergy from the earliest stages of fermentation. Triplo Sette 2021 ages for 9 months in 20 hl oak barrels, which allow for slow micro-oxygenation, building balance and complexity without weighing down the wine. It is bottled without filtration to preserve its integrity and texture.
Tasting notes
Color: Deep golden yellow with bright amber reflections.
Nose: Hints of honey, ripe fruit, candied citrus and saline notes, with accents of aromatic herbs and sweet spices.
Palate: Rich, enveloping and saline, with marked freshness balancing the structure and a persistent mineral finish.
Ideal pairings
Triplo Sette 2021 is perfect with dishes full of personality: blue or aged cheeses, fatty fish dishes, baked white meats and spiced Asian cuisine. Best served at 12–14 °C, with slight aeration to enhance its complexity.

Tenuta l’Armonia – History
The story of Tenuta l’Armonia began in 2010 on the volcanic hills of Vicenza, in Contrà Scaranto. Founded by Andrea Pedrin, a self-taught “Wine Chef” trained between France and Italy, the winery was born from the desire to unite agriculture, culture, and creativity. From the start, Andrea focused on native grape varieties grown on volcanic soils, aiming to express each terroir through unique blends and cuvées. A young and dynamic team supports him, helping shape an evolving approach that combines local tradition and innovation.
Vineyard Philosophy
Tenuta l’Armonia practices organic and regenerative agriculture, completely free of synthetic chemicals. Some vines are up to 35–40 years old and grow on three distinct types of volcanic soil. Native grape varieties are at the core of the project, enhancing the authenticity of each wine. In the vineyard, all interventions respect natural rhythms and promote harmony between soil and plant. This sustainable vision ensures the long-term health of the vines and the expressive character of the wines.
Winemaking Approach
In the cellar, Tenuta l’Armonia follows a fully artisanal and natural approach. No selected yeasts, fining agents, or stabilizers are used. Sulfites are kept to a minimum and only added when absolutely necessary. The winemaking process is designed to preserve energy, freshness, and balance. The winery experiments with different vessels—amphorae, large barrels, concrete tanks, and wood—to achieve expressive, site-driven wines. Each vintage is handled differently to reflect the uniqueness of the season and the vineyard.
Vision & Territory
The volcanic soils of Montecchio Maggiore offer rare geological features that profoundly shape the vines and the wines. Tenuta l’Armonia seeks to express this uniqueness by working closely with native grapes and allowing the territory to speak for itself. Andrea has also developed an integrated agricultural project, which includes 10 hectares of olive groves and vegetable gardens. The estate regularly hosts workshops that connect gastronomy, wine, and artisanal farming. Living “in harmony” here means creating social, cultural, and environmental value through wine.
