Tirer Le Grolleau 2024
A fresh and vibrant red wine from 100% Grolleau
Tirer Le Grolleau 2024 is a natural red wine made from pure Grolleau grapes, spontaneously fermented with native yeasts. After destemming, the grapes undergo a 15-day skin maceration. The wine is then aged for 3 months on fine lees in tank and further in bottle, resulting in a lively and expressive profile.
Aromatic bouquet of red fruits and spices
On the nose, it reveals a harmonious combination of gentle spices and the sweet charm of red berries. The fragrance is elegant, inviting and well-balanced, capturing the fresh essence of the grape variety.
Juicy, crisp and beautifully drinkable
On the palate, it is juicy and refreshing, marked by a vibrant freshness and irresistible fruit intensity. With a light structure and clean finish, this red is easy-drinking yet characterful—a great option for natural wine lovers.
Food pairings
Tirer Le Grolleau 2024 pairs wonderfully with cold cuts, crunchy vegetables or delicate fish dishes. Also excellent as an aperitif or for light lunches.

Domaine Cady
Natural rebirth in the heart of Anjou
Domaine Cady is a historic winery based in Saint-Aubin-de-Luigné, in the Loire Valley, and today it stands as one of the most authentic and natural voices in the Anjou region. The Cady family has cultivated vines for generations, deeply connected to the land. Main grape varieties include Chenin Blanc, Cabernet Franc, Grolleau, and Gamay, grown on schist and limestone soils that lend freshness and minerality.
The 2021 fire and the move to Rochefort-sur-Loire
In 2021, a devastating fire destroyed the old winery. Refusing to give up, the family responded with strength. In 2022, construction began on a new cellar in Clos du Moulin de Sainte Catherine, located in Rochefort-sur-Loire, where their guesthouse is also located. The project was designed to offer visitors an immersive wine experience, surrounded by vineyards and Loire charm.
Natural wines, local grapes, and spontaneous fermentations
The winemaking philosophy is 100% natural: no synthetic chemicals, hand-harvested grapes, and spontaneous fermentations with native yeasts. Ageing is done in neutral wood, steel or concrete tanks, preserving the purity of the fruit. Wines are unfiltered or lightly clarified, always vibrant and precise. The result is a clean, expressive lineup that speaks clearly of its origin.
Chenin Blanc and more: Anjou elegance in a bottle
Chenin Blanc is the flagship grape of Domaine Cady, vinified in dry, moelleux, and sparkling styles. Red and rosé wines from Cabernet Franc, Grolleau, Gamay, and Pineau d’Aunis complete the picture, all made to be fresh, juicy, and easy to drink. Every wine is a faithful portrait of its vineyard and the hands that crafted it.
