Its salmon-pink hue, floral notes and lively freshness make it ideal for informal moments as well as light dishes. An immediate, modern and irresistibly enjoyable wine. Contains sulfites.
Wine background
Tandem Rosé is the result of Alain Graillot’s visionary approach, interpreting Moroccan Cinsault in a contemporary style. Over the years it has become a benchmark for those seeking a versatile, aromatic rosé with freshness and structure. The 2023 vintage confirms the focus on purity of fruit, delicate vinification and technical precision. Consistent quality defines the project, aiming to deliver a crisp, fragrant and well-balanced wine every year.
Vineyard philosophy
The Cinsault grapes come from vineyards between Casablanca and Rabat, in the cooler belt of the Zenata AOG. Red clay soils and constant ocean breezes allow slow ripening and fine aromatics. Viticulture follows a biological, artisanal approach, with no herbicides or pesticides, preserving soil vitality and natural plant balance. Manual harvesting ensures careful selection and optimal aromatic integrity.
Winemaking
Tandem Rosé 2023 is vinified in stainless steel to preserve freshness, fragrance and precision. Temperature-controlled fermentation enhances the floral and fruity character of Cinsault, while a short ageing on fine lees brings delicacy and subtle structure. The goal is to balance warmth and acidity, creating a rosé that is immediately enjoyable yet pleasantly complex.

Thalvin-Graillot: Excellence in Winemaking Between Casablanca and Rabat
The History of Thalvin-Graillot
In the fascinating winegrowing landscape of Benslimane, Morocco, Thalvin-Graillot was founded in 2005 and quickly became a benchmark in the local wine scene. Moroccan viticulture has long been a strategic resource, especially for France after the phylloxera crisis. Although decolonization triggered a period of decline, the region’s natural characteristics preserved its strong qualitative potential. The joint venture between the Thalvin-Ebertec group, owners of the historic Domaine des Ouled Thaleb, and Alain Graillot, a renowned producer from France’s Northern Rhône, established a project rooted in tradition yet shaped by a modern vision aimed at enhancing Morocco’s terroir.
Vineyard Philosophy
The vineyards of Thalvin-Graillot stretch across the Zenata region, between Casablanca and Rabat, around 40 kilometers from the Atlantic Ocean. Here, red clay–rich soils are ideal for French varieties such as Syrah and Cinsault. The estate embraces an environmentally respectful approach: no herbicides or pesticides are used, all harvesting is done by hand, and soil management focuses on plant health and biodiversity. The Mediterranean climate, moderated by the ocean’s influence, produces balanced grape ripening and complex aromatics, blending French elegance with Moroccan warmth.
Cellar Approach
In the cellar, Thalvin-Graillot combines tradition and innovation. Fermentations take place in cement vats to preserve purity, while ageing occurs in both cement and used French oak barrels to balance structure and softness. The aim is to craft wines that authentically express the local terroir while maintaining Alain Graillot’s signature style, marked by refined spice and enveloping texture. Every stage—from grape selection to fermentation control—is conducted with precision to ensure consistently high-quality wines.
Distinctive Character
Thalvin-Graillot masterfully merges French winemaking heritage with Moroccan terroir, producing intense yet elegant wines that reflect the climate and soils of the Zenata region. The project emphasizes environmental sustainability, manual work, and technical expertise, resulting in wines that embody ethical production and excellence. Thanks to this equilibrium of craft and nature, the estate stands among the most intriguing and promising realities in Morocco’s contemporary wine landscape.
