Vineyard philosophy

The Cherry Avenue vineyard is farmed using organic and sustainable methods, preserving soil vitality and natural balance. Limestone-rich, well-drained soils combined with the cool climate of the Niagara Peninsula ensure slow, even ripening—crucial for Pinot Noir’s delicate equilibrium. Manual work, low yields and stringent berry selection ensure that only pristine fruit reaches the cellar. Winemaking

In the cellar, the approach is respectful and precise, designed to enhance the natural character of Pinot Noir 100%. Fermentation takes place at controlled temperatures with the selective use of indigenous yeasts to add complexity.
