Sourced from biodynamically farmed vineyards nestled in the hills of Monticelli Brusati, this rosé is the result of precise pink vinification and at least 36 months of aging on the lees. In the vineyard: respect for nature and meticulous care
At Casa Caterina, vineyard work is manual and deeply attentive, guided by the rhythms of nature. The Pinot Noir vines grow on calcareous-clay soils and are managed according to certified biodynamic principles, with zero synthetic chemicals. Yields are intentionally kept low to concentrate the fruit’s aromas and freshness. Harvesting is done exclusively by hand, selecting only the finest bunches for an exceptional base wine.
In the cellar: gentle vinification and patient maturation
The must is gently pressed and undergoes spontaneous fermentation in stainless steel tanks, without the use of selected yeasts. The second fermentation occurs in the bottle, in accordance with the Traditional Method, followed by at least 36 months of lees aging. No dosage is added at disgorgement, preserving the wine’s purest and most vertical identity.
