Vineyard philosophy
Amurg Zero Pas Dosé by I’M Winery is made from carefully selected Fetească Albă grapes grown in Moldova’s Codru region. The harvest is done early to preserve the grape’s natural acidity — essential for producing a zero dosage sparkling wine that is pure, crisp and elegant. Vineyard work respects the grape’s integrity to fully express freshness and local character.
Cellar approach
In the cellar, the classic method is used with a slow second fermentation in the bottle. No sugar is added after disgorgement, allowing the varietal’s true nature to shine through. The 24 months on the lees give depth, finesse and a creamy, persistent mousse that makes every sip vibrant and clean.
Tasting notes
Light straw yellow, bright and clear. The nose offers fresh citrus, white flowers and a hint of bread crust, typical of long lees ageing. On the palate it is bone dry, taut, mineral with a long, precise finish, perfect for lovers of ultra-dry sparkling wines.

History of I’m Winery
In 2016, the meeting between Vladimir, a Moldovan businessman in the furnishing and design sector, and Claudio, an Italian export manager, at a fair in Moscow marked the beginning of a growing collaboration. Both passionate travelers and lovers of Italian quality, they built a strong bond that crossed continents—from Moscow to South America, through the Middle East and Europe. The spark ignited during a business trip to Kazakhstan when Claudio’s passion for wine led them to discover and fall in love with the potential of local and international wines.
Vineyard Philosophy
The idea of producing a wine that merges Moldova’s ancient tradition with Italian winemaking techniques was born in 2018. The search for ideal land with perfect sun exposure and natural qualities guided every decision. Founders worked closely with experienced Italian winemakers to unlock the full potential of Moldovan terroir, adopting a philosophy rooted in respect for nature, attention to detail, and passion for excellence. Each vineyard is carefully tended to ensure high-quality grapes, the essential foundation for authentic and refined wine.

At the winery, I’m Winery combines innovative methods with traditional practices. Fermentation and aging processes use cutting-edge technology while focusing on expressing the terroir and purity of the grape varieties. The craftsmanship merges with technology to produce wines that tell a story of land, friendship, and innovation. The project also includes building a small resort for wine lovers to share an authentic experience and the international identity of I’m Winery.
