It comes from 55 year old vines, macerates for 20 days at a controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks and ages for around 12 months in 250 liter terracotta jars, then 8 months in the bottle.
Nose full of dark petaled flowers, ripe red fruits, black pepper, cocoa and balsamic notes at the end
Excellent structure, the acid shoulder slowly gives way to an amazing softness characterized by truly velvety tannins, long on the finish, savory.
