The grapes come from two vineyards planted in 1930, located in a terrace called Contrada Crasa, and with a yield of just 800 kg. They ferment spontaneously with native yeasts, spending two weeks on the skins before making wood until the following September.

Ample, with jasmine which can be clearly felt as well as cherry and blood orange, then it turns to spicy and mineral notes

Crunchy but round, the body is impressive, the drinkability is surprising, the tannins are very polite and the finish is long

The Il Vino di Anna company is more of a boutique than a real company, there are some real wonders hidden here, the wines are unique.

It rises at high altitudes, between 760 and 1200 meters above sea level, on the north side of Etna, between Solicchiata, Maletto and Linguaglossa: the soil here is crazy, wonderfully volcanic and rich, the wines are incredibly tasty and elegant

The vineyards vary in age between 60 and 100 years, cultivated using a biodynamic approach

The owners of this small but wonderful company are Eric Narioo and Anna Martens, dedicated to natural viticulture, with great satisfaction, for over 10 years
