Sauvignon del Molise Lame del Sorbo is a white wine from Agricola Vinica in Ripalimosani in Molise. It is obtained from Sauvignon Blanc grapes which ferment spontaneously in steel with native yeasts and minimal maceration, and subsequently always refine in steel for two years. Sauvignon del Molise Lame del Sorbo has hints of citrus and tropical fruit, of freshly cut grass; on the palate it is fresh and lively, elegant and long. To be combined with Nerano pasta

Ripalimosani, Molise

Living organism of 220 hectares, among the largest farms in Molise, set among green hills, used for vineyards, olive trees, woods and pastures.

The hilly areas are located at an altitude of up to 750 metres, an ideal terroir for growing vines, thanks to exposure, ventilation and large temperature variations.

The first vineyards were planted in 2009 and the first harvest in 2011; currently the annual production is around 15,000 bottles of Tintilia, Trebbiano and various international vines.
