Wine Box with 5 bottles of sparkling wine and a nice intruder
It is fragrant on the nose, offering notes of white fruit with hints of bread crust to which are added notes of wildflower honey. In the mouth it is elegant, velvety, with pleasant mineral notes, with a refreshing acidity. The body is solid but without excess, with a good fresh-savory balance that encourages sipping. It goes well with traditional Italian cured meats, fragrant fried foods but is also good with seafood, shellfish or pan-fried white meat.
Graniers, Malvasia di Candia Aromatica
Cadelvento Rosè, Lungo Charmat Method, Lambrusco
With a persuasive, fragrant and persistent scent. Reminiscent of dog rose and ripe plum. With a dry and enveloping body, fragrant with an elegant and clean base. Ideal as an aperitif, and finds an ideal pairing with shellfish-based dishes as well as rather tasty fish soups.
Pleasantly fruity and spicy, reminiscent of violets and ripe cherries, accompanied by a gentle note of clove and pepper. Medium body with lively, harmonious, fresh and elegant tannins. Suitable throughout the meal, in particular with succulent first courses, cured meats and grilled pork ribs.

Located on the historic Matidilche Hills in Emilia, between Parma and Reggio Emilia, the Venturini Baldini family estate is synonymous with sparkling wines from Emilia.
The approach is in full respect of nature and its ecosystem with a strong connection to the territory and its tradition, and a spirit of innovation, creating organic wines that represent the diversity of Emilia.
The history of the cellar is related to that of the family estate which dates back to the 16th century.
1976 is the year of the first wine production: innovative and in full harmony with nature.
The estate is now managed by the Prestia family who relaunched the historic Reggio Emilia brand in 2015 with the help of winemaker Carlo Ferrini.
The 32 hectares of vineyards owned by the family are entirely cultivated organically.
