The grapes are the result of clean and respectful viticulture, they are harvested manually, and after a long maceration they refine for a year in barrique, then a year in the bottle

Elegant and enveloping, soft and with velvety tannins, in sensational balance between freshness and acidity, both impressive, the finish is infinite
