The grapes come from clay-limestone soils, fermentation is spontaneous with native yeasts, long maceration on the skins and 24 months of aging in oak barrels

Company run by two young producers Kristina and Matej, with the help of their parents, artistic grandchildren, given that their grandparents were good producers.

The grapes grown are all closely linked to the territory, Malvasia, Terrano and Vitoska, vinified with spontaneous fermentations and native yeasts, without filtration or clarification.
