Rosé Supernova by SchödL: A Stellar Expression of Elegance and Freshness
From vineyards in Kreuthern on loess-limestone soils, the grapes are harvested in mid-September. After crushing, the grapes are left in contact with the skins for 24 hours. After gentle pressing, fermentation occurs in 500-liter oak barrels, where the wine matures before bottling. This rosé is broad and complex, with aromas of blood orange and a hint of thyme. Vibrant acidity and bold tannins on the palate pair with great balance and a silky finish with a salty signature.
The Rosé Supernova perfectly represents the terroir of the vineyard, with careful attention given to both agricultural and winemaking processes. It’s a wine that invites contemplation, yet also serves as an ideal refreshing drink for a summer day.

The grapes, harvested in mid-September from Kreuthern vineyards on loess-limestone soils, are left in contact with the skins for 24 hours after crushing. This is followed by gentle pressing and fermentation in 500-liter oak barrels, with maturation before bottling.
In the glass, it presents a beautiful light salmon color, reminiscent of the soft light of dawn. On the nose, the wine is expressive and inviting, with delicate notes of fresh red fruits like strawberry, raspberry, and a hint of cherry, accompanied by subtle floral nuances. Its complexity is further enriched with herbal freshness and a light touch of citrus peel, creating an aromatic bouquet that is both refreshing and layered.
On the palate, the Rosé Supernova is crisp and lively, with a balanced structure and vibrant acidity that adds energy and freshness to the wine. The flavors of red fruits intertwine delicately, while a subtle mineral note adds depth. Its silky texture and refined nature lend it an elegance that lingers in the finish, leaving a clean, fresh sensation.
Serving Temperature: 10°C – 12°C
Ideal with fresh salads, seafood, or light pasta dishes, this rosé also pairs perfectly with cured meats or grilled vegetables. It’s versatile enough to complement a variety of dishes or simply be enjoyed on its own as an aperitif.
Imagine walking along a rocky coastline at sunset, where the air is fresh and salty, and the scents of aromatic plants mix with the smell of wet earth. Each step brings you closer to a view that surprises you with its beauty and harmony, just like the rosé that opens with notes of blood orange and a hint of thyme, then offers you a fresh, bold sip, like the sea kissing the rock. The finish, soft and salty, is like the breeze that caresses your skin, leaving you with a pleasant and lingering memory
