Rosé Brut, Chardonnay 90%, Pinot Noir 10%
This Rosé is made up of 90% Chardonnay grapes from Mesnil -sur-Oger complemented by 10% Pinot Noir from the village of Vertus in the Cote desBlancs; by choice of the Chef de Cave it is a blended rosé. This cuvée combines all the freshness and finesse of Chardonny with the structure and fruit of Pinot Noir. Fermentation for a minimum of three years, allows it to have an excellent aromatic development.

Made with Chardonnay grapes from the Cote des Blancs estate vineyards of Montgueux, this wine is characterized by flexibility and freshness. Cuvée emble-matica of the house, it is a champagne for all moments.

PROVENIENCE DELLE UVE: Chardonnay from Mesnil sur Oger – Grand Cru; Montgueux Pinot Noir; Pi-not Meunier of La Chapelle-Monthodon. All grown with durable viticulture and sexual confusion (no herbicide) OnOLO : Clayey-limestone, on a 40 m layer of chalk, formed in the Tertiary era.< span dir="ltr">Vintage: blend of 30% reserve wines of which 70% is from the 2012 vintage. Tirage 2013. METHOD DI PRESSATU RA: Pressing as a function of a very high quality product quality. AREFINEMENT: the base wine ages for 6 months in 60 hl oak barrels at a controlled temperature. No malolactic fermentation. Aging on the yeasts for 3 years in a fine-necked bottle. The wine rests in the company cellars at a constant temperature of 12°C in Mesnil sur Oger. GRADATION ACOLLIC: 12% DOSAGGIO:< span dir="ltr"> Extra-Brut, 3 g of sugar per bottle. IBOTTLING: Special bottle modeled in the image of an eighteenth century bottle found in an excavation of the chalk of the company cellar in 2010. 750 ml format and Mytic cap Diamant (Anti-defect cap). CFEATURES< /span> ORGANOLEPTIC: Straw yellow colour. The slow and abundant effervescence feeds a constant and creamy cord. The nose is dominated by stone fruits and then opens onto aromas of grilled almonds and hazelnuts with a hint of dried apricot and cocoa. The flexible and round mouth leaves a sensation of the sweetness and silkiness of the vineyard peach. Raspberry dominates a fresh and long finish like a caress. RECOMMENDED: As an aperitif with a savory Comté millefeuille or a cod fillet with butter and saffron.
