The grapes come from an extremely rocky and well-drained vineyard, they ferment in steel tanks for 2 weeks, here they refine for a further year then in the bottle for at least another year
Red and dark petaled flowers, berries, humus and a lot of minerality with balsamic and vegetal returns
The sip is warm and soft, fine and savory, the tannin is extrovert but discreet, the body is full and the finish is long
Serving temperature 18°-20°
Grilled meat
The Parrino cru is the one in which the Nero d’Avola grape reaches phenolic maturation later, it is the one that gives life to the richest wines
Contrada Buonivini, Syracuse
Marabino is a rather young winery that can boast 30 hectares in the Val di Noto, in a crazy terroir that sees the sea just 7 km away
Marabino works with respect for nature and the territory, the approach chosen is biodynamic, with great care for the vineyards and in general for the ecosystem that extends around them.
The soil is predominantly clay-limestone, the area is ventilated but well protected and benefits from the entry of sea breezes: the wine obtained is a mineral wine, with salty aftertaste and very fresh, elegant and tasty, perfect for aging
