Bruno Schögel loves the farm he runs in Wolxheim, Alsace.
For over 15 years, the way the vineyard has been managed has allowed the wild fauna and flora to develop freely, always harvesting healthy and ripe grapes.
In the vineyard, very low doses of copper and sulphur, in the cellar interventions reduced to a minimum, with only the minimal addition of sulfur dioxide when necessary.
