Native yeasts and spontaneous fermentation in cement in contact with the skins for approximately 25 days. Matured for 22 months in barriques.

On the nose, floral hints and red fruit such as black cherry in alcohol and plum, then spices and tobacco, with mineral and balsamic notes at the end.

Full and round on the palate, with elegant tannins, great drinkability and a long finish
