Barolo Ravera is a great red wine produced by Ferdinando Principiano in Monforte d’Alba, in the Langhe. The Nebbiolo grapes come from 80-year-old vines, spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts for about a month, then aged for 2 years in large barrels, before finishing in the bottle. The nose is a riot of scents, with surprising hints of truffle and hazelnut, it is noble and graceful when tasted. An exceptional Barolo at an affordable price, to try with truffled roast veal

Ferdinando Principiano was born and raised among the family vineyards, at just 45 years old he already has over 25 harvests under his belt and enormous experience: as a former modernist of Barolo, he is today one of the most solid for reasoned viticulture in the Langa.
In his eyes we saw the Cavese spirit clearly reflected, the entire range of wines is a succession of shots to the heart: from the bubbles with the SoloUva Method to the Timorasso grown in Alta Langa and then arriving at all the classic reds of the Langhe, treated with equal dignity from Dolcetto to Barolo.
