The Domaine takes its name from the hill on which it stands, a few km from Poitou, in the Touraine denomination.
Vines have been grown in this place for 3 centuries, and since 1985 the owner has been François Plouzeau who converted the company to biodynamic in 1993.
There are all 20 hectares of vineyards, cared for without the use of synthetic farming. In fact, spray preparations are used, such as 500 and 501, and cumulation, herbal macerates such as nettle, yarrow, valerian, dandelion. The aim is to give vitality to the plant and strengthen it.
In the cellar the fermentations are spontaneous with indigenous yeasts and homeopathic quantities of sulfur added before bottling.
We obtain wines that represent the purest expression of this wonderful terroir, subtle and intriguing
