Galicia, Ribeiro(Spain)
Production: 18,000 btg Certification: organic Winemakers: Diego
We are in Galicia, in the Ribeiro area, where we find an Atlantic climate with acidic and calcareous soils. Here three friends Diego, Fito and Anxo decide to produce wine following the dictates of agriculture biodynamic ; so in 2005 they founded “Cume do Avia”, the firstharvest is extremely recent, 2013. The cultivated vinesare the typical ones of the area; Treixadura Loureira and Torrontes amongthose with white grapes. Caino tinto and Brancellao among the red berry ones.
The refinements are almost all only in steel to emphasize that marked freshness that is achieved to bring out thanksto the Atlantic influence. In fact, great drinkability is the main characteristicof Cume do Avia wines.
