The grapes are harvested manually, spontaneous fermentation with maceration in steel for 10 days then refinement in the same container for about a year
The nose is decidedly unbalanced towards red fruit tending towards ripeness and hints of forest and undergrowth, with earthy and almost fungal, floral and mineral notes with strongly iodine returns
Juicy and tasty, mineral and fresh, agile and enjoyable with round tannins

Galicia, Ribeiro area, where we find an Atlantic climate with acidic and calcareous soils.
It is here that three friends, Diego, Fito and Anxo, decided in 2005 to found Cume do Avia. The company is certified organic, but is profoundly biodynamic at its core, production is around 18,000 bottles, the first harvest being very recent, only in 2013.
The wines of the 3 guys are characterized by an incredible ease of drinking, and this is thanks to the refinements in steel and the great oceanic influence.
The grapes grown are those typical of the area, Treixadura, Loureiro, Torrontes, Caino Tinto and Longo and Brancellao.
