Macerates for 20 days at a controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks and refines for approximately 12 months in 225 liter French oak barrels then 6 months in the bottle

Berries and Violets, then complex notes of Cocoa, Tobacco, Licorice and Leather

Fresh but at the same time mature, it can be perceived from the delicacy of the sip and from the less vigorous tannins, intense finish

Serving temperature 18°

Excellent when paired with pork and beef stews. Also worth trying in combination with Rice with Porcini and White Lasagne
