The grapes, coming from red and calcareous lands, macerate for a few days in steel and ferment spontaneously with native yeasts, refine in Slavonian barrels for 2 years, bottled with the homeopathic addition of sulfur dioxide

Red fruits and blood orange, violet petals and peppery, mineral and salty notes

Did you know that COS is the acronym of the initials of the names of the three founders of the company?

They are Titta Cilia, Giusto Occhipinti, Cirino Strano and they gave birth to COS in 1980.

The three inherited (for rent) the old family cellar of Giuseppe Cilia, father of Titta and vineyard.

In these 30 years of experience they have revolutionized Cerasuolo di Vittoria.

They profess the Biodionic “faith” and minimal intervention in the vineyard.

Theirs is also very interesting with the Spanish amphorae purchased now, 20 years ago
