Comm’era 2023 – White Wine Campania
Comm’era 2023 – Expression of Campanian historic grapes
Comm’era 2023 is born from the harmonious blend of Fiano, Falanghina, and Greco, three of Campania’s most emblematic white grape varieties. This wine combines freshness and structure, elegantly expressing the minerality of clay soils and the aromatic complexity typical of the region. Each sip tells the story of the land and the careful vineyard work, offering an authentic and distinctive experience.
Origin and production philosophy
The vineyards cover 4 hectares and are organically cultivated, with strong attention to sustainability and biodiversity. Harvesting is performed entirely by hand, selecting only the best bunches to ensure optimal ripeness and quality. The winery’s philosophy aims to enhance the identity of the local grape varieties, respecting the territory and natural rhythms without compromise.
Vinification and aging
After manual harvesting, the grapes undergo fermentation in stainless steel with indigenous yeasts and a short maceration of 4-5 days on the skins, providing body and aromatic depth. Aging continues in steel and then in the bottle, preserving freshness, balance, and integrity. No fining or filtration is applied, keeping the wine’s natural characteristics intact.
Sensory profile
Comm’era 2023 displays a bright straw-yellow color. The nose offers aromas of white fruit, delicate flowers, citrus, and subtle mineral notes. On the palate, it is fresh, harmonious, and persistent, with good structure and an elegant finish. Perfect with seafood starters, grilled fish, shellfish, and delicate Mediterranean dishes.
An authentic white wine
With a limited production of approximately 1,000 bottles, Comm’era 2023 represents the excellence of a pure Campanian blend. It expresses Campania through elegance, freshness, and respect for nature, ideal for those seeking a white wine with personality and immediate drinkability.

Cautiero – Wines from Taburno, the authentic heart of Campania
The Cautiero estate is located in Frasso Telesino, in the Campanian hinterland, on the western slopes of Monte Taburno, where viticulture thrives among olive trees, cherry orchards, pastures, and woods. Here, earth, air, water, and plants coexist in perfect balance, shaping the essence of Cautiero wines.
Origins and philosophy
In 2002, Fulvio and Imma began cultivating their land using organic methods, with environmentally friendly practices such as copper and sulfur treatments, microbiological control, green manuring, and minimal soil tillage. After years of patient vineyard work, in 2010 the first wines were finally born in the cellar, crafted to express both vintage and terroir, while refining the techniques once practiced by Fulvio’s grandfather.
The Cautiero microcosm
Thanks to a favorable microclimate, clay soils, and low yields, Cautiero wines are structured, important, and marked by strong territorial identity. Winemaking is carried out with respect for nature:
spontaneous fermentations with native yeasts,
minimal use of sulfites,
limited intervention in the cellar, letting the wine speak for itself.
The vineyards
The estate cultivates 4 hectares of vineyards, dedicated to Campania’s most iconic grapes:
Fiano
Falanghina
Greco
Piedirosso
Aglianico
Each variety reveals a unique expression of the Taburno terroir, producing authentic, vibrant wines that carry emotion in every sip.
The soul of Cautiero wines
Every bottle reflects an ethical choice and an artisanal approach. As Fulvio and Imma like to say:
“Everything begins because we love to create emotion, conveying the essence of the nature around us, our microcosm, our passion for the land… through our wines. We are in what we drink!”
