Wine Box of 3 bottles of mixed wine:
Formica Gialla 2019, Trebbiano, Malvasia
It stands out for its bewitching, floral bouquet with hints of fresh fruit and discreet aroma, the same which is then found in the glass to act as a counterbalance to an innate freshness. The sip is savory, elegant and difficult to forget
Formica Rossa 2018, Sangiovese
A simply delicious wine, the nose is enchanted by small red fruits and light citrus notes, then the rose predominates, anticipating balsamic and mineral notes. In the mouth it is elegant, fresh and medium-bodied, the tannin is polite, the persistence is good
Formica Pazza 2019, Trebbiano and Malvasia PET NAT
Fragrant on the nose, slightly aromatic, a riot of white flowers, fresh and elegant on the palate!

Velletri (Rome)
ColleFormica was born in 2017 in an area with a thousand-year tradition. In reality, the Bombetti family has been producing wine here (and not only) for more than a century, in fact it is not unusual, walking through the rows, to come across vineyards that are almost half a century old. The vegetation also includes centuries-old oaks and orange trees, testifying to the absolutely Mediterranean climate of the entire area.
The company takes its name from the district where the vineyards are located in a hilly area a few kilometers from the sea and the city of Rome. The territory, that of the Castelli Romani, is volcanic and this, then translated into winemaking, gives the wines an elegance truly worthy of attention.
The winery is very young but is enjoying great success among lovers of natural wine thanks to its ease of drinking and bewitching aromas.
The owner of the company is Eng. Sergio Bombetti who learned to make wine as a boy thanks to his father’s teachings and is ready to hand over the helm to his son Paolo, a graduate in economics but now in all respects an expert winemaker.
ColleFormica represents an extraordinary union between native vines (well, even Primitivo can be defined as such) and natural winemaking approach (sulphur below 20 mg/litre ) and respectful of the environment.
