It is the Fiano based on the tradition of the Sarno family and is dedicated to the peacock, a symbol of nobility and blasomeness. At the time aristocrats owned aviaries within their estates and so did our Baron, and it is precisely in his memory that the Sarno family continues its history. The wine is vinified in steel and ferments at spontaneous temperature. White flowers and fresh fruit and citrus fruits, mineral with vegetal notes. Particle 928 Campania Fiano 2019 – Two Bottles

Particle 928 is the company’s Cru, replanted in 2001 and with a density of 2800 vines per hectare. Since 2009 the grapes have been vinified alone for the first time to create this incredible bottle. The Sarno family has been working this land for over a century, initially employed by the Baron, who however resided in Naples, then as owners since the 1990s.

The company is set within a magnificent terroir: perfect exposure, influences from the surrounding mountains, Terminio and Partenio and a volcanic soil rich in minerals.

Now the winery is run by Luigi Sarno, who won the prestigious Giulio Gambelli award in 2018.

He is considered a Fianologist, in fact he produces, in an absolutely artisanal way, only this variety with two labels on the market.
