Wine Box of 3 bottles of Champagne
Champagne BD’M, Pinot Meunier 100% – Two Bottles
Produced only from approximately 60 year old Pinot Meunier vines placed on clayey soils, it is perhaps the most representative cuvée signed by Bourgeois-Diaz. The wine ferments and ages in steel and neutral barrels. Rest on the yeasts for 24/30, not dosed and only 4,000 bottles produced. Nose with fruity and citrus scents, especially the Bergamot, then the Violet, is embellished with mineral notes and fragrant memories of the oven. Exuberant and rustic, gritty, full-bodied and of great volume, very long
Champagne BD’RS, Pinot Meunier 100%
Produced from grapes coming from two very old Meunier parcels, 1935 and 1964, located on clayey soils. 30% of the nectar is pressed in neutral barrels, the remaining part is made into steel. Maceration is consumed in 20/24 hours, aging in 24/30 months. Not dosed, 15 mg/l of total SO2 and only 2000 bottles produced per year. Very interesting and rich nose, floral and slightly citrusy, Bergamot and Grapefruit, then Rhubarb, Thyme and other aromatic herbs. Very mineral and slightly spicy. Fresh and slightly vinous, rustic and wild, generous and with a very long finish
