Domaine Cady Anjou Blanc AOP 2023
A Loire Valley Chenin that balances freshness and elegance
Domaine Cady Anjou Blanc AOP 2023 is a white wine made from 100% Chenin Blanc, manually harvested at full ripeness. The grapes are vinified at low temperatures to preserve their aromatic profile. Fermentation and aging on fine lees take place in temperature-controlled vats, and bottling occurs the following spring. This precise, gentle process enhances the varietal purity of the Chenin.
A bright and expressive white wine
In the glass, it shows a bright straw yellow hue. On the nose, it opens with airy floral aromas, white blossoms and citrus notes. As the wine matures in bottle, white fruit aromas gradually emerge, enhancing aromatic complexity without losing freshness.
Soft texture and mineral balance
On the palate, Anjou Blanc 2023 is round and soft, with well-integrated fruit and a vibrant acid backbone. The classic Chenin character is clearly expressed, offering a harmonious and refreshing profile, ideal for those who love minerality and purity in white wines.
A food-friendly Loire Chenin
This wine pairs beautifully with a wide range of dishes: grilled fish, white meats, fresh cheeses, vegetable terrines and seafood risottos. Serve chilled at 10–12 °C to best enjoy its aromatic complexity and balance.

Domaine Cady
Natural rebirth in the heart of Anjou
Domaine Cady is a historic winery based in Saint-Aubin-de-Luigné, in the Loire Valley, and today it stands as one of the most authentic and natural voices in the Anjou region. The Cady family has cultivated vines for generations, deeply connected to the land. Main grape varieties include Chenin Blanc, Cabernet Franc, Grolleau, and Gamay, grown on schist and limestone soils that lend freshness and minerality.
The 2021 fire and the move to Rochefort-sur-Loire
In 2021, a devastating fire destroyed the old winery. Refusing to give up, the family responded with strength. In 2022, construction began on a new cellar in Clos du Moulin de Sainte Catherine, located in Rochefort-sur-Loire, where their guesthouse is also located. The project was designed to offer visitors an immersive wine experience, surrounded by vineyards and Loire charm.
Natural wines, local grapes, and spontaneous fermentations
The winemaking philosophy is 100% natural: no synthetic chemicals, hand-harvested grapes, and spontaneous fermentations with native yeasts. Ageing is done in neutral wood, steel or concrete tanks, preserving the purity of the fruit. Wines are unfiltered or lightly clarified, always vibrant and precise. The result is a clean, expressive lineup that speaks clearly of its origin.
Chenin Blanc and more: Anjou elegance in a bottle
Chenin Blanc is the flagship grape of Domaine Cady, vinified in dry, moelleux, and sparkling styles. Red and rosé wines from Cabernet Franc, Grolleau, Gamay, and Pineau d’Aunis complete the picture, all made to be fresh, juicy, and easy to drink. Every wine is a faithful portrait of its vineyard and the hands that crafted it.
