The grapes come from an area characterized by Agilla and Galestro, they ferment spontaneously with native yeasts while cement is chosen for refinement for 10 months, 15% of the mass is vinified in whole bunches
Withered red flowers and dark fruits, mineral notes then thyme, fennel and a hint of leather
Fresh and crunchy, to be bitten, the tannin is powerful, the body is snappy, the finish is loving

Ampeleia is an ultra-sustainable farm with 33 hectares of vineyard and 54 of forest.
It is located in the Maremma in Meleta, a hamlet of Roccatederighi and is a hymn to biodiversity, within it there are also olive groves and pastures, orchards and many animals.
It is a totally biodynamic company, in addition to great wines, spelled, flour and vegetables are also produced here, especially apples and pears, a parallel universe, in short
