From the Eisner cru, a single vineyard with old Syrah vines rooted in porous limestone and quartz, delivering a vibrant, crystalline expression of the terroir.

Winemaking

Only free-run juice, no maceration: colour and texture come solely from the grape’s natural concentration. Fermented and matured in a single barrique, unfined, unfiltered, and with no added sulphites.

Elegant yet intense: wild strawberries, pomegranate, blood orange, subtle spice, and a deep mineral core.

Winery History

Christian Tschida represents the fourth generation of winemakers in Illmitz, on the Austrian shores of Lake Neusiedlersee in the heart of Burgenland.
